Born and raised in Sweden, at the age of 19, I moved myself to the United States to escape a broken heart, bringing with me drive and the strong work ethic of my Swedish roots. Having grown up in Stockholm, I have been exposed to a variety of cultures and lifestyles.

Over the years, I have explored a variety of fields and learned valuable lessons from each one. As an assistant buyer for a fashion retail company, I continued to develop my eye for design. As an executive assistant for a construction company, I learned to innovate, negotiate with vendors, and think proactively to meet my employer’s needs before they were expressed. At Crevier BMW, the #1 auto dealership in the Western United States, I developed my sales skills while working as a vital communication hub and providing high end customer service.

In 2011, my husband and I purchased our first investment property and renovated it from the ground up. As the owner and sole property manager, I handle all of the needs of the property and my renters. I take great pride in providing a high quality living environment as well as securing our investment for the future. It was this investment that led me into the world of real estate. As a full-time realtor, I am looking forward to bringing the depth of my skills and experience to work for you.

Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in Westminster, CA.

Camilla is great. She’s a go getter and gets the job done. She is on top of everything! Very pleased with her services, she got me the exact home I was looking for. I can still call her with questions and she doesn’t hesitate to do what she can to help me out. I would defiantly have her again as my  agent if I ever purchase another home.

Bought a home in 2017 in Garden Grove, CA 92844.

Camilla was extremely helpful during the process of selling my house, and I really enjoyed working with her. She took charge of everything and did a fabulous job. Her marketing skills were exceptional too. Camilla has a great personality and was extremely responsive to all my questions and  concerns. Sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Westminster, CA

Recently purchased a house in Westminster with Camilla and had a great experience. I was up against another bidder and she made sure that I got the house and at the price I wanted to pay. Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Westminster, CA.

 I originally had another agent who wasn’t all there for me so I reached out to Camilla via text and she responded to me within minutes. I told her the property I was interested in and viewed it the next day, put an offer in the following day and next you know- the place was mine. This is my first time buying property and she prepared me to be ready for certain situations and what my next steps were. I gave Camilla by “bottom lines” and she never went past it. Helped me buy a home

Recently we hired Ms. Nystrom to assist us in selling our condo. We had no experience in how the real estate business worked and were a little overwhelmed. We met Camilla in her office and she explained how the process would go and how she could help us. We told her we would need to interview other agents before deciding who to hire. She said no problem give her a call if we needed her help. She was not pushy and did not attempt to pressure us in any way. We did hire her and she walked us through the entire process. She staged the condo (it looked great) and was always available to answer any questions we had. We had 5 offers the first day of open house. We would hire her again if needed. We certainly do recommend her.
