We met these incredible ladies a year before we actually were going to sell our home. We thought that renting might work for us….thus the delay, because we decided that renting wasn’t for us and that it was time to sell. 

Both Jennifer and Rosemary were ALWAYS very responsive which helped curb any anxiety about this decision. Helped me sell a home

Rosemary and Jennifer are very professional, friendly and down-to-earth. They were always accessible and often responded to a phone call or email immediately or within minutes. Their integrity is beyond question. They are always straight-forward and honest and respected by other Realtors. After interviewing other real estate teams, I selected them to represent me and they listed my home for $50,000 more than another team recommended! The house sold to the first people who came to see it, so it was definitely listed at the right price. The First Team third-party escrow and title companies were excellent. I could not be more pleased with the result.

Helped me sell a home

Rosemary Kral and Jennifer Palmquist were excellent to work with! We sold our home in 10 days. We met with them on a Tuesday, had the house photographed on Thursday, listed on Friday, an offer on Saturday, 2 open houses the following week, a second offer that week and a contract signed on day 10. The photographer they use took amazing pictures of the house, thus producing a beautiful marketing brochure. These women are sharp, professional, friendly and fun to work with. I highly recommend Rosemary and Jennifer!

Helped me sell a home

Thank you so much Jennifer and Rosemary for going above and beyond for us!  

We first met Jennifer in 2013 when we purchased our Tustin Ranch home.  She represented both sides (buyer and seller) and we closed escrow without any delays!

Rosemary is Jennifer’s mother and they work as a team with employees too.  Jennifer and Rosemary are such hard workers, meeting with us on weekends and after hours.  I did my best not to bother Jennifer at night with questions, but when there were urgent matters to address, she was very responsive at all hours without hesitation.  Jennifer and Rosemary’s local knowledge of the area and negotiation skills set them apart from all other Tustin Ranch agents we’ve met.  I’ve had such unfortunate and disappointing experiences with other Tustin Ranch agents who claim to be the best in their area – I would never recommend their services to anyone!

We are happy returning customers to Jennifer and Rosemary!  They helped us lease out our home in Nov/Dec 2016.  We were worried at first since it was during the holidays, but they still came through for us and managed to get our home leased to a very well-qualified family who signed a more than 1 year lease with us.

They are very knowledgeable about area and market trends, give advice on staging and upgrading, and we’ve even got referrals from them for contractors, painters, and maid service.  Once you meet them, you’ll realize how extensive their business is because they’ve bought/sold/leased for clients in every part of Tustin Ranch and have lots of long term clients they know very well!  They remember our family and take the time to get to know their clients.  Jennifer and Rosemary have been a part of our family’s big life chapters that involve buying/renting/moving.

We’ve used Jennifer Palmquist to both purchase a condo in Irvine and then twice to find renters.  She is very knowledgeable about the resale and rental market in our Orange County area and is very hard working.  The other great thing about Jennifer is her follow-through, being very thorough about the details and requests that we’ve made.  She has an assistant and that really enables her to stay on top of things and streamline the process of buying, and I would imagine selling, a property.

The other thing I like about Jennifer is her personality and attitude.  She has a very friendly and positive disposition and I believe that this not only makes dealing with her enjoyable but also translates into a major advantage with the other agents when she needs a favor for our benefit.

We had two interested parties wanting to rent our condo and Jennifer was able to actually increase the rental rate that we had originally listed the property for.  She’s not shy and will work hard to get you what you want and to make you happy.

If you’re buying, selling or renting a property in Orange County you definitely cannot go wrong with Rosemary Kral and Jennifer Palmquist First Team Real Estate.

We met Jennifer and Rosemary at an open house.   The house was great, but was in need of a little TLC.  Jennifer saw its potential, talked about changes we could make structurally, AND SOLD US.  She was right, it was the perfect house for us for all the reasons she pointed out.  We used all of their contacts to make some upgrades to the home and were very pleased.  Rosemary and Jennifer also sold our old house in less than a month during a rough time for selling.  The literature and advertising they did on both homes was top notch.  You’re in good hands with this team.

My husband and I have used Rosemary and Jennifer for all of our houses. We love their work ethic and appreciate their teamship. One, or the other is ALWAYS there when you need them. We also love the fact that they treat you like family when they’re selling your home. We felt very comfortable leaving our house during open houses, knowing that they were there to watch over things. We always recommend them when we know of somebody buying, or selling their home.
