Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2018 in Laguna Hills, CA.
My wife and I met Jim Bishop in the course of our search for a new home in South Orange County, CA. We had been looking for over a year, and quite frankly we were becoming a bit discouraged. A listing came up one morning, and my wife noticed it was located in a neighborhood we liked very much. Jim happened to be the listing agent, and when she called and spoke to him she was impressed with his attitude and approach over the phone. After we talked about it, we decided not only was this a property we would be interested in, but that Jim was the kind of agent we’d like to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We visited the home the following day, and we were in contract within the week. This was in large part due to his prompt response to our offer and quick turnaround of documents and the overall process. We were able to arrange for a quick close, and we now own this property.
